La farine \u00e9tait et continue d&#8217;\u00eatre un aliment de base sur le continent europ\u00e9en. \u00c0 de nombreuses reprises, une fois la farine obtenue \u00e0 partir de bl\u00e9, au lieu d&#8217;\u00eatre stock\u00e9e, elle \u00e9tait directement p\u00e9trie.
